  1. What payment methods are available?

    **Funds must clear in our account before items are shipped. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please ensure that you use your Order Number as your reference number for online banking.

  3. How are the Shipping charges calculated?
    Free delivery applies to all purchases over $250 inc GST in value. For all purchases under $250 a $10 postage fee will be incurred.

  4. What delivery methods are available for my order?
    The Running Shop uses Australia Post for all purchases suitable to be shipped via a 3kg Express Bag. For all other purchases, ‘Couriers Please’ are used for shipping and require a signature on delivery. You can track the progress of your package at www.ausposttracking.com.au. You may also elect to pick up your order from the shop.

  5. Prices are shown with "inc GST". What is this?
    Australia's Goods and Services tax of 10%. If you're browsing anonymously, or are located in Australia, the prices shown include this tax.

  6. What sizing regime is used for shoe sizes?
    All shoe sizes on this site are stated in US Size.

  7. I don't see the particular size or style of product I'm interested in. Can you get it for me?
      Often we can, just send us an
    email or contact us via phone, (07) 5535 1815 and we will let you know if we can get it, and the expected delivery time.
